Run 3.1 miles of wooded trail, open pasture and gravel across 350 acres of working Ozark ranch, then stay for the Fall Festival at the brewery.
Both races go off together at 8:00 from the arch in front of the brewery, and both finish there. Pick the one that fits your morning.
One loop out the barn, right onto the trail and down the packed private gravel drive, then a long stretch through our wooded trails before it opens back into pasture. Some steeper hills, some easy meadow running, and the best view on the ranch at Lookout Point.
For kids, walkers, strollers, and anybody who'd rather save their legs for the festival. One mile out and back, mostly packed gravel and mowed pasture, from the same start arch as the 5K.
One loop, no repeats, all on the ranch. Out the barn and down the gravel drive, then a good stretch winding through our wooded trails before the pull up to Lookout Point at the halfway mark and a fast pasture descent home. It rolls — 236 feet of total climbing packed into 3.1 miles.
A long stretch of the course winds through our timber, shaded and quiet. Late October in the Ozarks means you're running through the color.
The high point at 1,312 ft and one of our favorite views on the whole ranch. Slow down for a second — it's worth it.
Expect wet feet in a normal October. Depth depends entirely on the week before, and we'll post conditions the morning of.
Water at the midpoint, and a beer or cider if that's your idea of a split. Nobody will judge you either way.
Cut short the week of the race. Soft, forgiving, and the fastest running on the course.
Rutted and rocky in places, and a good share of it runs through the timber. Pick your line and watch your footing on the descents.
Our private drive. Firm and fast — this is where road shoes feel right at home.
Those percentages describe footing, not scenery — most of the wooded running is on trail and two-track.
Parking is on grass and the gate line moves slow, so give yourself the extra ten minutes. Packet pickup on Friday evening is strongly preferred.
Seven age brackets in the 5K, men's and women's in every one. Official results are posted here and on the RunSignup page as soon as they're final.
1st, 2nd and 3rd place — men's and women's.
1st place men's and women's in each of the seven brackets.

Good for a beer, a cider, or a soda at the brewery. Your call.
